If you do not have a mouse with a scroll wheel, you can also use the up/down arrow keys on your keyboard to adjust your scrolling speed and direction. With the text highlighted, you can also use your number keys to selct a color (1 thru 8, starting from the left color chip). To colorize sections of your script, select the text that you would like to change and click one of the color squares. You can also use Command F to put your cursor in the search field. Hit enter again and it will continue to search the text for the next occurrence of your find criteria. To jump to a specific place in your script, simply type a few letters or words into the Search field at the top of the Edit Window and hit the return key. The Edit Window will open allowing you to make any text change you’d like.

If your license has become de-activated on your computer check to see if you have an anti-virus program that has eliminated the registry or plist file. If you contact our support they can help you to re-activate or move your license. Note that all Prompter People monitors since 2016 have been reversing monitors and duplicating your computer desktop via your display settings should be all the setup you need to do.

If you are only seeing a black screen on the prompter or are getting an "automation error" be sure to check the video card driver in your laptop, it may need to be updated. The remote we supply for your monitor has buttons for the inputs and you can also set the input via the teleprompter monitor's menu.
